Migration & Law
Randhir Amoganathan is the founder and principal of Obvia Legal.
Randhir completed his law degree in 1992 at Keele University in the United Kingdom, a MBA in 1993 and an MSC (Econs) from the London School of Economics in 1994. He then worked specialising in software contracts management in the UK and as In House Legal Counsel in Singapore.
Migrating to Australia in 2008, he requalified in Australia, and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the High Court of Australia and the High Court of New Zealand.
In 2015, he founded Obvia Migration Services. Then in 2018, he founded Obvia Legal to further provide legal services in commercial and contracts, wills & estates, as well as migration and citizenship.

With a diploma in Architectural Design and Building Technology, Tim Higham from The Highbury Group brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. With over 20 years of experience in the building industry Tim closely follows market trends to provide the best strategic outcome.

Terrence is a past Western Australia Divisional President at CPA Australia (2008-2013). In 2016, he received the Outstanding Service Award from the CPA Australia Board. He has been featured in CPA Australia’s Best Practice in Public Practice Interviews and has served on the Public Practice Advisory Committee and the Best Practice Advisory Committee.

Anson Chen is a registered Architect with a degree of Master of Architecture from the University of Western Australia (2008).
Specialising in unit developments, land subdivision, residential projects and sustainable building design, Anson acts as not only a designer, but a project manager. He carries projects from preliminary stage contract signing, through to construction, to ensure the brief is achieved within budget and built to the highest level of quality.
